WORDS OF WISDOM

This is where I'm nice. See nice Amy. This is where I tell you don't stress yourself out with the details of daily living because the journey you are about to embark upon is like a marathon, not a sprint. And your success is pretty much what you determine it to be.

Things needed for the journey:

Computer
Word Processor
Pen
Paper
Pencil

Now, you don't necessarily need all of those things, but I think you get it. You need a writing utensil and with something to write on.

Supplies:

Coffee mug
Coffee. Lots and lots of coffee. It will fuel you through the good times and bad. When you think you are brilliant and when you think you suck coffee is the friend what will get you through.
Chocolate or other assorted candies. If you are diabetic try apples and peanut butter. A little more prep time but you get to keep your digits.

What to Do About Dinner:

That you either do take out or have something very simple. The hubs or boyfriend or the wife or girlfriend wants to cook? Let them. But let them know they need to do the clean up as you are undertaking something silly and something important at the same time.

Sleep:

There will be none. Especially if you have a packed schedule like a lot of people do. Something has to go, like your television. Unless you have the luxury of writing 24/7 then sleep, your favorite t.v. shows which hopefully you can DVR or tape will have to wait until after the challenge. The only thing I don't miss is Alcatraz.

Just remember 1,786 words a day and you'll get there.
